Can u get rid of cellulite with exercise?

September 17, 2009 · Filed Under Cellulite

I saw Dr. Oz on Oprah the other day and he said there is nothing u can do for cellulite! but he was mainly focusing on creams and lotions and medical treatments, and duh I have always known that none of that would work. BUT he never said anything on the show about exercise.

Has anyone gotten rid of their cellulite with exercise?

Take a look at Olympic athletes, especially short distance sprinters. Do they have cellulite? That should answer your question about the effects of exercise on cellulite.

Probably not. Medical evidence suggests all treatment are snake oil, designed to remove your money more than cellulite. Check wiki.

exercise helps you lose weight . those fat cells that was swelled up will shrink back down and stop bulging against the skin. so yes diet and exercise.

Exercising WILL help you reducing cellulite:
    - it improves your circulation, thus there is less chance that some cellulite bunches could find a comfortable place to nest :)
    - it burns your energy, which means fat burning, and less fat also means less cellulite

But, sportswomen can also have cellulite, a special kind called hard cellulite which is very difficult to get rid off

    Sure you can!

However, there is no such remedy that would melt cellulite away overnight, you have to work really hard on it to get results. But it really IS possible to get rid of it!

In short: nutrition, exercise, massages and scrubs are important. Also body wrapping procedures. However, all these have to be taken in the right order to work – and in several weeks your cellulite will be invisible – guaranteed. I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

There is a book covering a few weeks of cellulite reduction process:. It has a detailed schedule including meals, exercises and activities for everyday, so you are really under control :) Doing all the steps described should really melt your cellulite away naturally.
