Diet plans that center around fruits and veggies?

So I’m want to lose about 10 pounds in two months… I’m also looking for a diet that centers around fruits and vegetables (I’m also trying to go vegan). Any one have a good diet plan (what I should eat, exercise, etc.)?

    The best 1 to me is eating oatmeal and 1 fruit for beackfast,t.v dinner for lunch
    veggies or fruit for snack

    I’m trying to go vegan too so let me know if you find a good one. Right now I’m on the Sacred Heart Diet. I used veggie broth instead of chicken broth in the soup which made it vegan and I’m going to use soy milk and soy burgers instead of beef and low fat milk for days 5 and 6. That make’s it a completely vegan diet. And you’re supposed to lose 10 to 17 pounds in a week. I’ve already lost 4 and I’m on Day 2. Here’s the link to the diet plan:
