    richard simmons says to exercise an hour every day –no matter what time and that doing that –you absolutely will lose weight.

    along with eating right for example: no sugar, no oils, no dairy

    I love Atkins along with weight lifting and aerobic activity every day. A good combination of diet and exercise is necessary.
