Blah asked:
Anyone know any diets I can go on that isn’t too costly? Like something that lets you eat frozen meals or eat out alot since I don’t have time to cook and usually eat out or frozen food like south beach or schwans food. I need to lose 30 pounds please help. Also, any exercises to help go along with the diet to help me tone my stomach, legs, arms but especially my legs and stomach.

Well, for frozen meals, try Healthy Choice, or one of those type of things, there all in your frozen section in your grocery store :] also, try to get different kinds of teas you may like, and drink tea all the time, it will control your hunger so your not always snacking. For excersizing, i’d recomend just going for a run with a friend thats looking for a similar goal, every day. Or every other day. Hope i helped!
It really doesn’t cost any more to eat healthily than it does to eat badly. You don’t need special ‘diet’ foods. Did you know that those South Beach and Lean Cuisine meals are only supposed to be part of your meal and you need to round the rest out with salad or other veggies? Also, learn how to read nutritional labels and ask for that information when you’re eating out. Applebee’s has Weight Watcher-approved meals and the salads at McDonald’s and Wendy’s and Arby’s are good if you use low-fat dressing and skip the unhealthy fried noodles. As for not liking to cook, you can make super-healthy sandwiches and have cut-up veggies on hand.
For exercise, start walking! Even 15 minutes a day is good for you. As it gets easier, start pushing yourself more. I’ve been using Sparkpeople.com. The have tons of helpful articles and exercises and it’s all free.
Good luck to you!
