I’m thinking about doing my research paper on the benefits of exercise and I need like twenty different sources for my bibliography. I figure if I have a lot of topics under exercise benefits, this paper won’t be so difficult.

The food that specifically targets weight loss is known as weight loss diet. Most of the doctor’s advice a low carbohydrate and a low fat food for controlling weight. The weight loss food is the food that comprise of the nutrients in just the right quantity to allow you to reduce weight more easily. The weigh loss diet may comprise of a low carbohydrate diet or a low fat diet so as to reduce the fat content in the body. The intake of salts is also a deciding factor that we forget most of the times. The more salt we intake in our diet, the more would be the body’s requirement of water in our body. The salt that is contained in our body is kept in a non toxic form in our body with the help of water. When we consume a lot of salt, we have to consume a lot of water as well to keep the salt in a non toxic form. The increased water consumption would ultimately lead to weight gain. such as gastric bypass and the lap band. Personally, i think they are just medically-induced anorexia. It completely deprives your body of the nutrients it needs. sure, it works quickly, but eventually, you’ll just keep getting skinnier because you can’t build any muscle. or, you’ll hit a plateau, and gain back all the weight.

if you’ve had it, i’m not trying to judge you. tell me why you like it so much and how it’s benefited your life.
it drives me nuts when people just jump into the surgery, without even attempting to workout or lose the weight on your own. what i’ve found from talking to people is that most of them eat worse now that they’ve had the surgery. because they crave the junk, then they don’t have room for anything healthy.
What can I do to exercise and keep up weight loss while I have a foot injury?

I have a foot injury and am not sure when I will be able to work out and be active. I have been working out for weight loss and have incorporated exercise into my daily life but now I have to stop until my foot injury heels. I am very upset because I have come so far and feel like this is a big interference with my progress. What can I do to still feel like I am working out and burn fat, or at least not gain weight back?

Can exercise and weight loss prevent diabetes?

I’m kinda chubby and I’m trying to lose weight, but I was wondering, does exercise and weight loss help to prevent diabetes? I’m looking for serious answers and I’d love credible links and research if that wouldn’t be too much trouble. It just seems so prevalent nowadays, that I want to take the initiative to try and insure that I never get it, but I don’t know if there is anything you could do. Will exercise and weightloss work? Thanks.
Thanks for all the answers so far. I just want to clarify, I don’t have diabetes or anything, but I know with the bit of extra weight, I could potentially be at risk if I were to gain weight, so I just want to lose the little extra I have. Thanks again.
