Can some one tell me cheap and home made recips for anti cellulite treatment and what kind of food should i eat? I’m not over weighted, but i have fat legs.

I am wondering if it really works how many sessions before you saw results??

I’m 28 and i always had cellulite since a teen but now its totally noticeable and looks gross and feels bumpy .. is this normal?
i went for vela-smooth treatment and it did nothing.

I’ve been on a steady weight loss plan, but I’ve noticed an increase in cellulite on my legs; which I know I can reduce with strength training(I’m still working!). I have a trip coming up and have read that hemorrhoid cream + plastic wrap is a quick temporary fix, as well as coffee grounds. I’m wondering if I can mix these to create a longer lasting/more effective wrap. Thanks for any help!

Does anyone who watches the show the doctors, remember a procedure dr. ordmon did to erase cellulite? it was like a massage/ultrasound type thing. they did it on the show, i cant remember what it is called and when it was on . any help would be great

I love my GF and she never had cellulite before until this year. She has a lot on her legs and **** now. We do workout about 4-5/WK but she still has it. I really find it very unattractive but i would never break up over this issue. How can I help make it go away? I’m willing to look into any treatment.

I saw Dr. Oz on Oprah the other day and he said there is nothing u can do for cellulite! but he was mainly focusing on creams and lotions and medical treatments, and duh I have always known that none of that would work. BUT he never said anything on the show about exercise.

Has anyone gotten rid of their cellulite with exercise?

but anything without anasethia,like lipectomy.
how about mesotherapy for example?

I have both of these products and not sure what the difference is or which one works better? I am trying to diminish the appearance of cellulite on my butt/upper thighs.

how do you do that? they said to go from the bottom to the top but how exactly is that? how do you move your hands? is there a specific pattern to message it like going in circles or just up and down or side to side? please help!

oh and last…. what is a good cellulite cream or treatment that you have used that you can say this really worked on me?!!!

hi.. im 19 but already have cellulite showing.. im in good shape and not overweight at all. Its not very visible yet but bcuz i really look for it .. i see it.. do i have hope tho? should i do anything to prevent it showing more, or just go on with what im doin’ and not stress?? please help!

I have been using this stuff for about 2 months now and have not seen any results. I kept hearing people say that it was so great on numerous websites. My cellulite isnt even that bad even though I definitey have it! Will I ever see results??
