ok,i asked about treatments for cellulite several days ago and from what i received,i think that may be specific exercises targeting the cellulite area would be most useful.so, does anyone know a site where i can download cellulite exercises for free? also,has anyone purchased Joey Atlas DVD for cellulite? thanx for help.

I am thinking of doing one of these 2 treatments for cellulite in my thighs. If you’ve had either treatment, what are your results? Did you consider these 2 treatments and why did you choose the one you did?

I’m 28 and i always had cellulite since a teen but now its totally noticeable and looks gross and feels bumpy .. is this normal?
i went for vela-smooth treatment and it did nothing.

I love my GF and she never had cellulite before until this year. She has a lot on her legs and **** now. We do workout about 4-5/WK but she still has it. I really find it very unattractive but i would never break up over this issue. How can I help make it go away? I’m willing to look into any treatment.

surely it cant harm the baby, I wanted to have some treatments for smoothing cellulite before my wedding on my legs and bum

i’m a very fit dancer who dances & teaches every day & works out 5 times per week. I’m not over weight at all but I have the dreaded cellulite. i know its cos I am curvy & from my dads side of the family. has anyone had a procedure for celluilte? not fat reduction as i wouldnt mind my shape if i didnt have celluite but an op that gets rid of it?
I’ve tried meso which worked but hasnt got rid & is expensive, i tried massage it doesnt really work. everyday i eat healthily, dry brush & pummel my thighs & bum. I really am doing everything i can….at a lose end right now!

I don’t mean big balls, but just so you get the idea. They are not orange peel appearance. If this is cellulite, can the right treatment and/or exercise give me smooth arms again? I work my arms and drink lots of water.

I know that cellulite is very common, but I am absolutely disgusted with mine! Before anyone starts accusing me of being fat or lazy – slow down! I am an active, slim young woman and I **** that I have it. If anybody knows of any products or fairly inexpensive treatments/procedures I would greatly appreciate it…
