Cellulite operation> anyone had one?

i’m a very fit dancer who dances & teaches every day & works out 5 times per week. I’m not over weight at all but I have the dreaded cellulite. i know its cos I am curvy & from my dads side of the family. has anyone had a procedure for celluilte? not fat reduction as i wouldnt mind my shape if i didnt have celluite but an op that gets rid of it?
I’ve tried meso which worked but hasnt got rid & is expensive, i tried massage it doesnt really work. everyday i eat healthily, dry brush & pummel my thighs & bum. I really am doing everything i can….at a lose end right now!
