I want to work in a Spa. What college schools and classes should I look into taking?
I want to be able to do the following…
-cellulite treatments
-face lifts
-waxing
-seaweed, detox, and energize wraps
-massages
-facials
-exfoliating salt glow
-distress aromatherapy cocoons
-lazer hair removal
-anti aging masks
Should I go to a Beauty School or Cosmetology School? Are those the same thing? Are these the things Esthetics’s do?
What training is needed to become a medical esthetician in tx?
I Know I would need my esthetics’s license to begin with but what other training and or courses would i need to take to be certified to do things like microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser hair removal, cellulite treatments ect… I would eventually like to work in a dermatology office or a doctors office. Also how is the work availability here in tx?….
