Can u get rid of cellulite with exercise?
I saw Dr. Oz on Oprah the other day and he said there is nothing u can do for cellulite! but he was mainly focusing on creams and lotions and medical treatments, and duh I have always known that none of that would work. BUT he never said anything on the show about exercise.
Has anyone gotten rid of their cellulite with exercise?
i herd that you can get rid of cellulite by messaging it?
how do you do that? they said to go from the bottom to the top but how exactly is that? how do you move your hands? is there a specific pattern to message it like going in circles or just up and down or side to side? please help!
oh and last…. what is a good cellulite cream or treatment that you have used that you can say this really worked on me?!!!

OK i know there is no cure but im almost certain there are ways without spending a fortune of making this horrible thing look better. Ive a few dimples on my right thigh and off to Florida this summer so would like to look a little better in a bikini. Im planning on losing a stone and starting lots of exercise so what else can i do to help?

What kind of treatment do you recommend for cellulite caused by hormones?
I do a lot of exercise (i run, play tennis, abs, etc, etc), drink a lot of water and avoid salt and greasy meals. I started to use birth control pills, and since then cellulite start appearing, can you suggest me an EFFECTIVE treatment please?

Cellulite’s appearance after weight loss?
I realize this is more of a “diet and fitness” kind of question, but I think I’ll get better responses here…
I have cellulite on my bum and a bit on the backs of my thighs. I am about 10-20 lbs overweight, and am wondering if weight loss reduces the look of cellulite at all. I am assuming that exercise/toning would help a little too, but I am aware that there is nothing (not even plastic surgery) that can “cure” cellulite.
Has anyone out there that has cellulite seen a reduction in its appearance after losing a bit of weight? Less dimpling, etc?

Why do Americans care so little about their health?
In a such a wealthy and powerful country, where almost everyone has access to clean healthy food, I do not understand why so many people choose to neglect their health. America is obviously overrun with obesity, diabetes, cancer, etc. and yet American’s knowingly choose to lead inactive and unhealthy lifestyles void of proper nutrition and regular exercise.

i’ve tried not eating or eating less but it’s not working i exercise a lot more than i did! what can i do i eat less i don’t even drink pop no more, i don’t really like chips, i don’t like ice cream no more, i don’t eat much sweets at all

How long does it take for your body to process weight loss after exercise? When would it be noticeable?
This is kind of hard to explain. Say my body requires 2000 calories a day so I consume 2000 calories in one day but burn 2500 at the gym. I have therefore burnt 500 more than by body needs. How long does it take for your body to process this weight loss? Is it immediate or is there a process which takes a certain amount of time? I hope this makes sense!
Why does the weight loss program discourage exercise?
I’m on this weight loss program and they say not to exercise too much since I’m only eating 1200 calories. why do they discourage much needed exercise? Isn’t it healthy?

can exercise stall weight loss on low carb diet?
I’ve been low carb dieting for about a month and a half. For the first several weeks I was losing weight but not going to the gym. Since I’ve started exercising (a combo of weight/circuit training and cardio) my weight loss has stopped. Can anyone help? Am I at a plateau? A stall?
