Obesity – How to Feed Your Family the Right Foods at the Right Times
We often take for granted how, when and where we eat. Eating for pleasure usually means restaurant. Eating at home often means eating for survival. Which one is more important to you? I love to eat in restaurants and it satisfies my behavior of pleasure the most. Is this a good thing or a bad one? What do you think?

My girlfriend is starting to get cellulite on her legs and it’s very unattractive?

I love my GF and she never had cellulite before until this year. She has a lot on her legs and **** now. We do workout about 4-5/WK but she still has it. I really find it very unattractive but i would never break up over this issue. How can I help make it go away? I’m willing to look into any treatment.
She is very unhappy with it too. I am trying to help her.

I have to present a report in class and we can make a poster board and use it as a prop. The title of my report is “How Food Relates to Diabetes” .
So far on my board, I put what diabetes is and how obesity can lead to diabetes. I also wrote the symptoms of diabetes.
What else should I put on my board?

I have a little bit of cellulite that really bothers me on the backs of my thighs only. I know that almost 100% of women suffer from the same thing, so I’d like to know if any girls out there have had any success with any type of lotions, massage, or treatments? I’d love to hear your story!

I’m 15 and i’m 250 pounds. I would love to lose weight, (and a lot of it for that matter) but my busy schedule just doesn’t permit the time and planning it would take me to come up with and stick to a program for me, so a plan with pre-made meals would be perfect for me. :] Help?

Weight Loss & Exercise Help?

Pete asked:

I need some help on making a weight loss and exercise schedule. I know some of you will say join your local gym or buy this and that but for now, there’s no way I can spend any bit of money on anything. I’m 17, I live with my parents, I don’t have a job anymore so I don’t have any bit of money (my parents always needed my money anyways). I have no say in what we’re going to eat or buy to eat because, frankly, my parents don’t care that I’m trying to lose weight. But my dad sure does love to criticize me. Besides, they don’t want to just buy me something. They need to buy food for the entire family (4 right now).

Anyways, without having to buy any food or join a club, what can I do to lose weight that’s, well, free! I have to two 15-lb dumbbells that I borrowed from my brother-in-law and that’s about it…

Any help would greatly be appreciated!!

I am 5 foot 3 and I weigh 228 pounds. I have been overweight most all my life (all of my adult life). I have attempted so many weight loss diets, pills, programs and even a gym and my success has been short lived with any of the them. I have been contimplating on looking in a different direction and considering Lapband or Gastric Bypass. My husband is active duty in the army and we have Tricare Prime for health insurance. I have not called Tricare to question if they support weight loss surgery as of yet. I thought I would first see if anyone out here is cyber space has been through what I am contimplating. If there are any military wives out there who have successfully had Tricare Prime pay for their weight loss surgery, or maybe you know someone who has… I would love to hear your stories, ideas and suggestions on how I could possibily get the ball rolling in this matter. FYI- we are currently stationed at Fort Hood in Texas if that makes any difference. Thanks so much.
