Avoid Processed Food and Obesity
To control body weight, avoid processed food obesity. Processed food is high-calorie and low-quality food that comes in a box, can, or carton. Because it is overloaded with sugar and carbohydrates, it increases your insulin production, which causes your body to store fat, as well as deprives your brain of glucose, resulting in food cravings — thus forming a vicious cycle of binge eating.
