secret, hoping and praying that it was locked inside a pill, a powder, or within a bogus weight loss
promotion. Every time we flipped through a magazine or watched TV we have heard the claims and false promises: lose 30 pounds in 30 days, lose belly fat effortless or losing 10 pounds in 3 days! We have been bombarded with images of thin, attractive people which brought our hopes up, only to have them dashed to pieces when once again we failed at the seemingly impossible task of losing weight. The good news is that it doesn’t have to be like this. We all have the ultimate weight loss secret within us... our minds and the power of believing in ourselves! We fail not because our bodies are programmed to fail but because we allow ourselves to fail when we don’t truly believe we can reach our own weight loss goals. Actually it really doesn't matter if we have 10 pounds to lose or even 90 pounds. The results of weight loss diets efforts depends on our commitment and inner drive.
