Sometimes you find weight loss motivation in the least expected
places. I have been walking to school every day and I find it is a
wonderful way to start and end my day. I started walking for the
exercise and the physical health benefits but I have found that it has
helped me emotionally as well. It gives me time to mentally get ready
for the upcoming day and it gives me time to unwind when the day is
done. She is very sincere in her comments and whenever she says something kind to me it motivates me tremendously. Look for these little bits of motivation, they are all around you. It might come from a kind word someone says from you, an article you read, or possibly internally but be aware of them as they will help you succeed in your weight loss efforts.
